Capel 105 M 
CAPEL-series Capillary Electrophoresis Systems. Capel-103 and its upgraded versions Capel-104 and –105 are high-performance CE instruments equipped with light sources and photometric detectors.Models 103 and 104 operate at a 254-nm wavelength, while Capel-105 is equipped with a detector and UV monochromator, covering the 190-380-nm spectral range. Capel-103 has a manualy controlled sampler with 4 inlet and 2 outlet positions, and Capel-104 and –105 have autosamplers with 10 inlet and 10 outlet positions. The samples, rinsing and buffer solutions are injected automatically by pressure or electrokinetically according to a preset program. All the instruments are equipped with capillary cassettes, containing air (103)- or liquid-cooled capillaries of 30-100-cm in length and 25-100 µm i.d., reversible polarity ±25 kV voltage supply units, and with customized report outputs (hard copy and file). The dedicated software package supports data acquisition and processing, data exchanges with worksheets, databases and word processors.The software package utilizes a standard PC and powerful Chrom&Spec software package, which makes the analysis fully automated. |
